We just finished a hell of a hunt for Rocky Mountain Big horn. Nick Best was the tag holder this time and we certainly earned this ram. He scored 191 6/8th and after drying 60 days he should hold enough size to break the state record for that unit. 570 yards and on camera,,,, The big forest fire kicked us out of where we planned to hunt and the smoke was so thick that glassing was not possible. So we packed up and searched new areas. There was a lot of humor and many stories but in the end the pack out with our sheep named Bob was FOREVER... Dehydration and heat exhaustion put one of our guys into shut down mode, 95 degrees turned this into a real challenge. But just look at the reward ...

2010 Deer Season Pictures

Tom Harmon of Mystic River Outdoors harvested this real nice 8 point on Nov. 12th 2009. He harvested it on heavy hunted state land in southeast Ohio. And I should know I was there and so were about a thousand other hunters before us. It just goes to show you, good scouting and hard hunting will pay off. Great job Tom.
